Each client organization has different needs. Meeting those needs and exceeding expectations is our goal. Our adult learning methodology for designing and developing learning solutions follows a process perfected over 25 years, and each customized engagement provides participants with the knowledge and tools to make better decisions in the workplace.

Our approach to design and customization includes:

Immersion Process – Our dedicated delivery team conducts research and interviews with subject matter experts to become intimately familiar with the client organization. Our goal is to know each client business as well as the client does.

Live Learning Sessions – Advantexe’s world-class instruction team conducts dynamic and interactive live learning workshops for our clients around the world. Most of our live workshops contain about 35% lecture and discussion and 65% interactive learning utilizing our award-winning business simulations. All content, simulations, and case studies are chosen and customized for the needs of each audience to support the learning.

Learning Engagement Performance Support Tool – Participants receive a link and password to their own online learning portal providing pre-work, agendas, eLearning modules, and post-session refresher tools to make the learning process effective and “sticky”.

Live Webinars – As a follow-up to a live learning session or as a stand-alone learning engagement, the experienced team at Advantexe leads interactive web-based workshops for our clients around the world. Incorporating simulations and case studies into a series of 90-minute online sessions is an effective and innovative way to support learning and maximize the value of a training engagement.

Real-World Application Plans – We believe that participants should have a level of self-accountability to apply new skills and tools to their current and future jobs. Real-world application planning is incorporated into our learning engagements to encourage participants to use their new skills immediately. During reunion webinars, participants share these application plans, discuss successes they’ve had and challenges they have faced, and identify additional developmental needs.

Coaching – The final element of any initiative is coaching. We recommend assigning internal sponsors (mentors, executives, etc.) to support and coach participants, and Advantexe faculty are available to help participants apply concepts and knowledge back on the job.

Support and Alignment – Learning and skill development can be wasted without internal leadership support. To encourage integration of new skills throughout each client organization, we work with senior leaders to ensure total commitment to the changes taking place.
