About Jill Kolton

WHAT I DO AT ADVANTEXE: 

I am the Director of Strategic Accounts in the Southeast region. I am responsible for providing my clients with insights and innovative learning journeys that use interactive business simulations to help solve their organizational business challenges. 

WHAT DRIVES ME IN MY WORK:

I am a self-motivated individual with a strong desire to help others and work towards creating consultative solutions to business challenges.  There is huge potential for mutually beneficial partnerships in what we do, Advantexe helps companies, teams and individuals understand their strategy, better align the organization to the strategy, and improve using innovation and creativity--communicating, problem solving, and decision making.  The knowledge we have a positive impact on those individuals who are exposed to our professional development and/or computer-based business simulations is what drives me in my work.

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS WITH ADVANTEXE:

Forming and developing key partnerships with companies such as The Home Depot and Rollins, and the continuation of contributing to building our brand nationally and globally.

FAVORITE PART OF WORKING AT ADVANTEXE:

Our clients, I love working and developing partnerships and collaborative relationships with our prospects and clients—understanding needs, and working internally with our Advantexe leadership team to find and determine the right solutions.  Advantexe is a client-centric company which is an environment I thrive in, as well as gravitate towards.

WHY I COME TO WORK:

I enjoy what I do every day.  I am astounded daily by the people I am fortunate enough to speak, meet and interact with--and learn from.

FAVORITE RESTAURANT AND MEALS IN THE WORLD: 

At the moment…Aladdin’s Mediterranean Grill in Roswell, GA:  Vegetarian Plate; and Davio’s Northern Italian Restaurant in Atlanta, GA:  Any dish.
