Dr. Eric Woodworth is an independent Senior Consultant with Advantexe. Prior to becoming and organizational development consultant, he held positions as a Senior Organization Effectiveness Specialist at PECO energy and as the Employee Relations Manager and a Divisional Training Manager at Provident National Bank (now PNC Bank).
Currently, while maintaining his own consulting practice, he is also a senior partner in High Performance Work Team Consulting, LLC, a consulting firm that helps teams in organizations achieve significant, measurable results in four areas: financial success; operational effectiveness; employee satisfaction; and customer service, all at the same time.
Dr. Woodworth earned his reputation as a consultant, facilitator and trainer by delivering and designing workshops with such diverse content as leadership development; influence skills; conflict resolution; and strategic change. He has designed and facilitated team building sessions to help groups plan and commit to real-time, business-focused projects. He is also the founder of a Systems Thinking Learning Community that met monthly for nearly four years.
Dr. Woodworth holds a Bachelor degree from Juniata College, Master and Doctoral degrees from Drew University, and completed additional professional graduate work at the Blanton-Peale Graduate Institute in New York City. He has worked in organizational change, systems thinking, and leadership development with organizations such as the Exelon Corporation, Florida Power and Light, Quaker Chemical, Centocor, American Chemical Society, the Vanguard Group, Pfizer, GlaxoSmithKline, Aventis Pharmaceuticals, PNC Bank, Penn State University, Northeast Utilities, and Price Waterhouse Coopers.
