Jill Kolton is the Director of Strategic Accounts of the Southeast Region for Advantexe Learning Solutions. Jill brings a wealth of experience in sales, talent management, human capital development, and performance optimization training and development. She also has 20 years of experience in instructor-led training, computer-based training, content design and development, blended solutions, since her early days in the industry with Catapult and IBM from 1993 to 2000 in the metropolitan Washington, D.C. area.
Jill has done extensive work in partnering with Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 organizations in developing and executing interpersonal and communication skills, customer service, presentations training, and sales and leadership training for mid-level managers and high-level executives. Jill's most recent experience was with the Dale Carnegie and Associates global division out of their Center of Excellence in New York City.
Jill's area of expertise lies in her ability to identify client needs and create highly customized customer-centric programs for her clients, while exceeding expectations with a strong focus on strategic thinking and aligning with business objectives and goals. She holds a Bachelor of Science from the School of Journalism and Mass Communication from University of Colorado in Boulder with minors in Political Science and International Relations.
