Melissa Mestre is a Project Manager at Advantexe Learning Solutions.  During the summer of 2011, Melissa interned at Advantexe and continued to work part-time while completing her senior year of college. Melissa joined the Advantexe team full-time in February of 2012.  Melissa focuses on the development and implementation of Advantexe's Fundamentals of Business Leadership engagements and post-program continued learning. 

 

At Advantexe, she worked on the Fundamentals of Business Leadership program, and helped contribute to the research and creation of webinars, presentations, and surveys in measuring a program's effectiveness.

During her college years, Melissa was an active member in the Chi Omega Fraternity where she acted as the Alumni Relations Director. She created a monthly newsletter that went to current and alumni sisters that included activities, job opportunities, and other announcements.  She planned the first Chi Omega reunion which included contacting over 800 alumni. Melissa also served as Co-President for the LEAD Council which works with the Jefferson Awards Program.  She partnered up with high school students and helped coach them with leadership concepts and service projects. Also, she actively worked with the Jefferson Award’s Students In Action Organization and helped organize, promote, and facilitate a conference for participating Delaware High School students teaching them about leadership ideas and how to use them in real world settings.

Melissa has a B.S. in Organizational and Community Leadership with a Leadership of Business Interest from the University of Delaware.
