Senior Manager, Client Engagements

Advantexe is currently looking to fill positions at our Philadelphia headquarters for the role of Senior STRATEGIC-business-selling.pngManager, Client Engagements.  This position coordinates and engages in the development and delivery of multiple complex client engagements in the areas of business acumen, business leadership, and strategic business selling.  The candidate will work with internal Sales, external Sales, Advantexe Executives, Simulation Design teams, eLearning design teams, and the client’s team of subject matter experts, program managers, and other key personnel to ensure flawless delivery of each project and total client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will also have an understanding of the sales process and demonstrate a willingness to support the pursuit and development of new business opportunities within strategic accounts.

Strategic Relationship Manager

Advantexe’s Strategic Relationship Manager (SRM) is responsible for the day-to-day management ofactivity-2.png a collection of strategic accounts.  The core focus of the SRM is developing strong relationships with customers and identifying new areas of business. The SRM will act as a trusted advisor to clients, managing any potential issues or challenges as well as working with internal teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The position reports to the Vice President of Sales and will require 20-30% travel.
