• Global Enterprise Simulations - Participants take control of a large global organization and manage it for several years. Working individually or in small teams, they are responsible for the entire operations of the business, making decisions on pricing, marketing, sales, production, R&D, and finance. They choose a strategy and execute it through their decisions, measuring performance using financial reports and important metrics. Teams compete against each other for market position and share in a highly dynamic and challenging environment.

• Best Practices Simulations - Participants take on the role of a character in a fictitious organization and use their skills and knowledge to weave through scenarios, interacting with other characters and making decisions as they progress through the simulation. Their choices determine the path and outcome of the simulation, and each decision is scored against a predetermined set of best practices related to the competencies being measured. The outputs of the simulation are the business results and a scorecard that shows participants how they performed and written feedback on why their choices were good or poor.

• Assessment Simulations - Advantexe’s Assessment Simulations measure core competencies in areas like leadership, finance, marketing, and sales. Assessment scenarios are designed to test how participants will react to key business situations and to identify areas in which they need further support and development. Each participant receives an individual GapMap™ report which shows specific skills in which they are very strong and also helps them to identify areas to focus on development.
