The Resolving Business Conflict workshop is an interactive, virtual learning experience designed to help participants build the necessary skills to identify different types of business conflicts and then resolve them using a simple five-step process. This 2.5-hour session combines short learning lessons with a hands-on, scenario-based simulation that allows learners to build and practice new skills in a risk-free environment.
