A virtual and effective way to assess, develop, and
re-enforce new skills by actively applying and practicing classroom learning in the weeks and months after the training event.
Practium is a responsive TechLearn tool that supports continuous learning by delivering micro-learning scenarios to the desk-top or mobile that participants must respond to. Peer and coach feedback is provided on scenario responses so learners can reflect on their strengths and areas for development around each specific business issue or competency.
Practium exercises can include almost any business topic; from leading change and giving feedback, to sharing an elevator pitch or handling a price objection. See how the tool works below, play the video, or complete the form above to learn more.
Demonstrate Skills - After watching, listening to, or reading a business scenario prompt, learners are asked to prepare and then record their response to the scenario via video, audio, or text.
Self-assess - Participants post their response back to the Practium hub where they complete a self-assessment of their response according to best practice criteria the system provides.
Peer Assessment - Participants receive feedback from peers on their responses using that best practice criteria or competencies.
Model Response - Once the peer feedback phase is completed, either Advantexe Subject Matter Experts or your own experts/coaches provide all participants with the recommended “Best Practice” or “Model Response” for how to address the scenario.
Self-Reflection - After all three levels of feedback are completed, learners write out their thoughts and reflections regarding how their response compares to that best practice example and what they may need to change in their approach to similar scenarios in the future.
Analytics - The Practium system provides access to a series of aggregated results including peer feedback score comparisons, a leaderboard of top performers, and other insights.
