Advantexe’s Pricing Business Simulation is a digital case study that comes to life. In this simulation, learners take on the role of Brand Manager for the RoboClean H100, a home cleaning robot that has been struggling to keep pace with competition in the market. pricing-simulation-computerLearners must study market and product data and make a series of operational decisions that will ultimately determine the success of their pricing strategy. Decisions include:

  • Determining necessary corporate expenditures
  • Targeting customer market segments
  • Setting profitability goals
  • Reacting to competitive positioning
  • Setting price to align with business strategy

The goal of the simulation? To provide learners with a canvas to test various pricing strategies in order to maximize revenues, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
