How a company prices its products is one of the most important and difficult decisions to be made in executing a strategy. That’s why we developed the Pricing Business Simulation.
Advantexe’s Pricing Business Simulation is a digital case study that comes to life. In this simulation, learners take on the role of Brand Manager for the RoboClean H100, a home cleaning robot that has been struggling to keep pace with competition in the market. Learners must study market and product data and make a series of operational decisions that will ultimately determine the success of their pricing strategy. Decisions include:
- Determining necessary corporate expenditures
- Targeting customer market segments
- Setting profitability goals
- Reacting to competitive positioning
- Setting price to align with business strategy
The goal of the simulation? To provide learners with a canvas to test various pricing strategies in order to maximize revenues, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
