Contacting us via e-mail or registering for advantexe.com reveals your e-mail address and any other information you include such as phone number and/or mailing address. We will use this information to help us process your registration, fulfill your request or respond to your inquiry. All of your personal information will be stored in a secure database in the United States of America. Access to this database is limited to authorized persons.

In addition, advantexe.com stores a unique identification number, the username, and login status in a "cookie" on each visitor's computer. The identification number is retained and utilized to track usage of the web site in order to provide you with products or services you may be interested in, while the username and login status are only used for display purposes and site functionality during the current web session.

Occasionally, we use data collected about customers and prospects to inform them about products or services from Executive Edge Inc. Many of our customers find these e-mail promotions valuable, whether they are shopping for merchandise, taking advantage of a special offer, or purchasing unique services. International Data Transfers (for non-US citizens)

Advantexe stores personal information that is provided on servers located and operated within the United States of America. If you use the simulations outside of the United States of America, we may transfer and store your personal information from the country where you are located to the United States of America. Therefore, our collection and use of any personal information is subject to U.S. laws related to privacy and use of personal data and information. These laws are different and may be less protective than those applicable to you in your country of residence. By accepting the terms of this policy, you acknowledge, agree and consent to (i) the transfer to and processing of any personal information on servers located outside of the country where you reside; (ii) our collection and use of your personal information as described herein and in accordance with the laws of the United States of America; and (iii) that you may be taking a risk by using the simulations.

California Residents Rights

Effective January 1, 2020, the CCPA provides California residents with specific rights regarding personal information. Exercise Your Rights

To exercise your rights, please submit a verifiable consumer request to us by contacting us at support@advantexe.com with the Subject: “CA Rights”.

PLEASE NOTE: Only you or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. The verifiable consumer request must:

  • Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative.
  • Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.

We cannot respond to your request or p rovide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm that the personal information relates to you. Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor's identity or authority to make the request.

Non-Discrimination

We fully support your privacy rights and will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.

If you would like to submit a complaint regarding this Privacy Policy or our practices in relation to your personal information, please contact us at support@advantexe.com.  If you are a citizen of a country within the European Union and you feel that your complaint has not been adequately resolved, the GDPR gives you the right to contact your local data protection supervisory authority.
