Project Coordinators
The Project Coordinator is the operational backbone of Advantexe’s Strategic Account team,
ensuring client programs are executed with precision from planning through delivery. This role provides critical logistical, administrative, and coordination support that allows our account leaders and instructors to focus on strategy and client impact. From scheduling and project tracking to quality assurance and client support, the Project Coordinator plays a central role in delivering seamless experiences that meet Advantexe’s high standards for revenue, margin, and quality. Based in our Conshohocken headquarters with hybrid flexibility, this position is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and are eager to grow within a leading global provider of business simulations and learning solutions.

Strategic Relationship Manager
Advantexe’s Strategic Relationship Manager (SRM) is responsible for the day-to-day management of
a collection of strategic accounts. The core focus of the SRM is developing strong relationships with customers and identifying new areas of business. The SRM will act as a trusted advisor to clients, managing any potential issues or challenges as well as working with internal teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The position reports to the Vice President of Sales and will require 20-30% travel.
