A Leader is one who Knows and Shows the Way

According to the Corporate Executive Board, organizations with strong leaders can show twice the revenue and twice the profit growth as organizations without.  High potential leaders are tomorrow’s executives. High Potential Leaders need the skills to set strategy, execute strategy, and measure success through business and financial acumen and metrics of performance.

Here is How We Can Help

Advantexe has developed an award-winning approach to building High Potential Leaders.   We will work with you to design, develop, and deliver an interactive learning journey that can help you identify, support, and grow the next generation of leaders. The focus of the learning solution is to develop the business acumen and leadership skills of future leaders to help you achieve your short and long-term business goals and objectives. Our recommended learning journeys include:

  • Assessment
  • Pre-work
  • Live or virtual learning  sessions
  • Computer-based business simulation
  • Application tools
  • Measurement and impact studies
  •  ... just to name a few.

The Power of Practice - Simulation-centric Learning

At the heart of the learning journey is a digital business simulation that willall-state-screen present participants with the opportunity to learn concepts of managing a product portfolio, marketing, sales, operations, operations, supply chain management, and financial management.

The simulation also presents participants with opportunities to learn about leadership through directly interacting with team members and senior leadership characters within the simulation.

The simulation will provide employee engagement reports, morale, and a “Heat Map” that correlates the relationship between the execution of the strategy and the impact it has on employees within the simulation.

Sample Program Objectives Include:

  • To understand and use strategic thinking frameworks and tools
  • How the complete “system” of business works including the levers of performance and value drivers to customers
  • How to read, use, and measure financial performance and metrics
  • The skills and tools of effective business leadership include leading a vision, creating alignment, utilizing influence, delegating, and providing coaching and feedback
