I am the Co-Founder of Advantexe where I am responsible for setting and executing our strategy and leading comprehensive engagements for our clients in the areas of Business Acumen, Business Leadership, and Strategic Business Selling.
WHAT DRIVES ME IN MY WORK?
That magical moment when a participant going through a business simulation learning experience sees things in a different way and “gets it” in a new way that will result in better real-world decision making and business outcomes.
KEY ACHIEVEMENTS WITH ADVANTEXE?
Working with our Chief Simulation Officer to design, develop, and deploy the Advantexe Global Enterprise Simulation (AGES) platform that has been used by thousands of our clients to enhance their business performance.

The collaborative and open environment that enables us to be totally client-centric in everything that we do.
WHY I COME TO WORK?
For that standing ovation at the end of a session and hearing participants tell us that ours was the best training they’ve ever had in their lives.
FAVORITE RESTAURANT AND MEALS IN THE WORLD?
Too hard to answer so I have to go mention three: Lobster pad Thai and coconut cake at Nahm Thai Cuisine in Alpharetta, Georgia. Jin Bo-Style Ghost Chicken at Heaven on the Bund in Shanghai, and The Chicken Parmesan at Stella Blu in Conshohocken, Pa.
