Amy Happ is Vice President of Client Services at Advantexe Learning Solutions. In this position, Amy's primary charge is to ensure the flawless delivery of all products and services to its clients. Amy brings over 15 years of training and development, project management, process improvement, and department management experience to Advantexe.
Prior to joining Advantexe Learning Solutions, Amy was Vice President of Professional Services at Richardson, a global sales training and consulting firm. While at Richardson, Amy led a team of 15 customer service professionals responsible for the successful implementation of all products and services to clients globally; including instructor-led training, online skill-based diagnostics, online eLearning, phone coaching support, as well as other smaller products and services such as audio reinforcement books and translation or interpretation services. Working with Richardson's over 50 global facilitators as well as developing numerous external partnerships, Amy reduced implementation timelines and improved the quality of all client interactions through internal process improvements. Prior to this role, Amy was the Vice President of Design Services where she led a team of over 20 professional Instructional Designers, Consultants, Associates, and Client Coordinators and instituted a project management approach and discipline to reduce customization timelines while increasing project profitability.
Before joining Richardson, Amy was Director of Project Management at InterMedia Interactive Solutions, a global internet and mobile technology company where she designed and managed the development of innovative and custom internet solutions to meet client objectives. Her responsibilities included the design and development of company and product/branded websites, enterprise applications, and other internet based tools.
Before InterMedia, Amy was as a member of the management team for Strategic Management Group, Inc. (SMG), a global business skills training company. While at SMG, Amy served in various roles including Director of Custom Projects, Consultant, Project Manager, and Instructional Designer, where she worked with large corporations to develop technology-enabled training solutions. She authored over 25 computer-based simulations, online tutorials and application exercises, classroom seminars with role plays, as well as self-paced workbooks and computerized tools. Specific content areas where Amy has worked and done extensive research include consultative selling skills, leadership, and project management.
Amy is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University where she majored in Spanish and International Business.
