Mr. Robert Brodo is an Executive Vice President of Advantexe Learning Solutions and is responsible for leading comprehensive engagements for clients. Mr. Brodo has more than 20 years of training experience with a focus in the healthcare and technology industries.
He spent almost 15 years with Strategic Management Group (SMG) where he played a vital role in leading the Healthcare and Technology practices by designing, developing and delivering interactive solutions for leading companies including Baxter, Pfizer, Merck, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Schering Plough, Sanofi-Aventis, J&J, Microsoft, Digital Equipment, Xerox, General Electric, AT&T, and Motorola. Mr. Brodo was recognized as an industry leader in 1999 and was featured in an international article about the industry published by Business Week. Rob sold his interest in SMG at the end of 2000.
In 2001, Rob co-founded LScan Technologies, a mobile bar code scanning company developing solutions for the healthcare industry. Mr. Brodo was the creator of SampLScan™, the first complete solution that tracked pharmaceutical samples from manufacturing to patients by using bar codes. After building the business for four years, LScan was sold to a larger healthcare services organization.
In 2004, Mr. Brodo was named Chief Marketing Officer of The Brownstein Group, a nationally recognized marketing agency. While at Brownstein, Rob was responsible for the operational strategy of the firm as well as lead strategy for many of the major clients, delivering solitions in the areas of Branding, Advertising, Online Marketing, and Public Relations.
At the request of several clients and his former partner, Mr. Brodo decided to re-enter the training industry in February, 2006 as an Executive Vice President of Advantexe.
Mr. Brodo is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business.
