Cloud-based, digital simulation allows learners to practice running a global pharmaceutical organization in a risk-free environment

Conshohocken, PA – May 19, 2020 Advantexe, a global leader in business simulation centric talent development solutions, today announced that zacorra-sim-epicenter`they have won a 2020 Stevie Award for best Simulation from the Stevie Awards for their “Pharmaceutical Business Simulation.” The simulation is a cloud-based, digital simulation that allows learners to practice running a global pharmaceutical organization to develop their leadership, business, and financial acumen skills. The Pharmaceutical simulation was also recognized with Gold and Silver Awards from the Brandon Hall Group, for its excellence in design and technology.

During the simulation, teams of participants take the role of Senior Leadership for a fictitious, global pharmaceutical organization. Over the course of the simulation, the teams  compete directly against each other in a volatile and changing market where prices are coming down and investments in R&D are going up. They learn how to effectively navigate in an ever-changing business environment, grow their ability to understand, develop, and translate strategy into actions, and increase their financial understanding of key business indicators.

The simulation was initially part of an intensive live, facilitator-led business acumen and leadership learning journey. However, because of the Covid-19, Advantexe is now successfully delivering the simulation and all supporting the learning 100% virtually.

“The Advantexe team is thrilled with the continued recognition of this state-of-the-art learning tool,” says Advantexe’s CEO, Robert Brodo. “Despite these very tough times, we have been able to work with all of our clients and partners to make the pivot to virtual learning seamlessly. The simulation is collaborative, visual, interactive and designed to help participants easily grasp the contents and lessons, all in a risk-free environment.
