From there, learners tackle a series of 8 scenarios leading their team through a new digital transformation. They face challenges in identifying how they want to address the change, how to communicate the change with a team that shows resistance, managing various reactions along the way, and how to keep up change momentum as the team encounters obstacles. Each of the 8 scenarios provides a set of key takeaways and action items. Along with the simulation, a copy of ***Forward: Leading Your Team Through Change*** is provided to help team leaders more easily turn their learning into effective actions back on the job. **Learning Outcomes** The simulation allows learners to practice the 3 top priorities of effectively managing change: 1. Using **Compassion** to think about change from your team's perspective, so you can understand and provide the support they need to succeed. ​ 2. Practicing ongoing, frequent, and candid two-way **Communication**.​ 3. Creating **Clarity** about what your team needs to do differently to get the desired results. **​** **Time: **The simulation is composed of 8 scenarios. It takes approximately 3 to 4 hours to complete. The simulation can be played over time, broken up into a series of virtual or in-person learning connections.
