Prior to joining Advantexe, Steven was Senior Vice President and member of the executive team at CorpU, a venture backed Software and a Service (SAAS) organization that specialized in building virtual platforms for collaboration, and building alignment on strategic change initiatives.
Steven developed his passion for leveraging simulation to develop leaders during his successful career at companies such as BTS, The Regis Company, and Strategic Management Group (SMG). Steven has also held leadership positions at a range of Venture backed start-ups and continues to act as an advisor and executive coach for startups and entrepreneurs.
Steven graduated with honors both from Drexel University and from Columbia Business School. When not traveling for business, Steven resides in Wynnewood, Pennsylvania with his wife and three children. He enjoys skiing, running and mountain biking.
