I design and build the enterprise business models which are central to Advantexe's business acumen training programs.

The challenge of finding the right level of abstraction in our models. They should be meaningfully complex but not overwhelming.
KEY ACHIEVEMENTS WITH ADVANTEXE?
Designing flexibility into the core AGES model. Because the model is adaptable, we can simulate a variety of business enterprises quickly and cost effectively.
FAVORITE PART OF WORKING AT ADVANTEXE?
The creativity of my colleagues. Award-winning training programs don't grow on trees - it takes creative people to conceive, construct and deliver them.
WHY I COME TO WORK?
Part of making an engagement successful is making it fun. It's rewarding to see participants 'suspend disbelief' and lose themselves in the simulation experience. They learn a lot and have fun doing it.
