strategy.pngSenior Manager, Client Engagements 

Advantexe is currently looking to fill positions for the role of Senior Manager, Client Engagements.  This position coordinates and engages in the development and delivery of multiple complex client engagements in the areas of business acumen, business leadership, and strategic business selling.  The candidate will work with internal Sales, external Sales, Advantexe Executives, Simulation Design teams, eLearning design teams, and the client’s team of subject matter experts, program managers, and other key personnel to ensure flawless delivery of each project and total client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will also have an understanding of the sales process and demonstrate a willingness to support the pursuit and develop of new business opportunities within strategic accounts.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily tasks associated with client projects including interviews, information gathering, logistics coordination, materials production, computer-based business simulation customization, internal meeting planning, travel planning, billing, etc.
  • Work as a contributing member of the development team by learning and using skills to design, develop, and execute simulations and other learning tools
  • Track project and client information.
  • Prepare project timelines and determine deliverables.
  • Coordinate with designated resources (external consultants, technology providers, etc.) to provide information regarding the status of specific engagements.
  • Support client training deliveries and facilitate simulation workshops.
  • Manage post-learning webinars and follow up with clients and participants.
  • Provide reporting of project hours and administrative tasks.
  • Assist in the creation of proposals and presentations.
  • Support pursuit of new business opportunities and prepare strategies for up-selling and cross-selling existing clients.
  • Review and reconcile delivery, expenses, and billing.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Training industry experience is mandatory
  • Positive, “will do” attitude is mandatory
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Articulate Storyline and other eLearning tools a plus.
  • 3-5 years of project coordination or management experience
  • High level customer service skills, emphasizing responsiveness and creative problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated strong attention to detail and time management skills, with ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment without supervision.
  • Ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of software interface design a significant plus
  • A fast-learner in software platforms is a significant plus
  • Travel 35% of the year (60-70 days)

This job is based in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania (outside of Philadelphia).  All travel and miscellaneous expenses are reimbursed in full including mileage for use of personal automobile.  Advantexe provides a generous healthcare insurance plan.
