To have some fun and raise money for Musicopia, a Philadelphia-based charity that provides opportunities for children to experience, learn, perform, and appreciate music, we have developed the one-of-a-kind Santa Business Simulation.
In this business simulation you have the opportunity to take over Santa's Workshop, Inc. and oversee the daily operations of managing teams, budgets and disruptive business changes in the gift-giving ecosystem. Your goal is to achieve the highest Holiday Cheer Rating (HCR) as well as a high Delivery Readiness (DR) score for the upcoming holiday season.
