Why Customized Business Simulations?

As I boarded a flight after finishing a major business acumen training session, featuring a customized business simulation, for the leading provider of secured communications to the airline industry, I picked up an issue of the US Airways Magazine. Coincidentally, one of the cover stories was all about training; it highlighted the 15 flight simulators US Airways utilizes to regularly assess and train its pilots (http://www.usairwaysmag.com/articles/training_ground/).
